CO-TA Sourcing Manager-Philips-上海

Responsibilities:

1)Channel Management:

Define the China talent acquisition channel management strategy to support the critical business growth needs.

Work with talent acquisition management team to define the channel management guideline and implement within China talent acquisition team.

2)Talent Sourcing:

Define the China talent sourcing model, framework and strategy.

Work with talent acquisition management team to define the talent sourcing process guideline and measurement.

3)Manager Responsibilities:

Recruit, develop and retain sourcing team to align with the business objectives.

Conduct performance review for sourcing team and work out the improvement plan.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent trade-off in related professional experience.

  • ·Above 8 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing relevant experience is preferred.
  • ·Experience in people management role is preferable, or experience in leading project and coaching project members is also acceptable.
  • ·Strong communication skill and ability to operate in a matrix organization.
  • ·Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and peers.
  • ·Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
  • ·High level of customer focus and commercial awareness.
  • ·Good command of Chinese and English.
