职位描述:
1.To align with company Vision/Mission,partnership with Legal & Compliance to ensure employment activities in linewith China Labor Law and other related regulations;
2.Review, identify and enhance any brokenprocesses or failure of compliance to China Labour Law or other relatedregulations, HR policies and guidelines in HR practices to optimize HRmanagement system and minimize HR risks ;
3.Advice and counsel HR practices, Labourdispute/arbitration or potential ER cases proactively based on China labourlaws and regulations to all stakeholders; Monitor and update any new labour relatedrules & regulations and analysis on the impact on HR practices;
任职要求:
1.10+ years invarious HR functions with solid HR, ER/IR work experiences, case management andintensive experiences dealing with legal claims;
2.Good counseling,communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills;
3.Good customerorientation and be able to work under pressure;
4.Proficient inEnglish both in writing and speaking, computer literate;
